What is health coaching? 

Health coaching is simply someone coming along side of you and giving you support. When is the last time someone truly listened to all your health concerns and guided you, with experience and expertise, on the path to greater vibrancy, energy, and wellness? 

We will work to reach your health goals together. Achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.

30 min, On phone or in person. Complementary.

My aim is to get to know you and get a better sense of your health goals. During this time, we will talk about how we could work together to help you become your best self.

Initial Health Coaching Session

60 min sessions, $100 per session.  

We will work together to set individual health goals and create a step-by-step plan on how to achieve them. My mission as your coach is to help you develop the right habits and knowledge base to live a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Follow-up sessions

30 min sessions. $50 per session, bundles available at discounted rate. 

Appointments are focused on accountability, assessment of goal-meeting progress, further nutrition education, addressing any challenges or problem areas, answering any food and nutrition questions that may have come up, and helping you to stay motivated and inspired!
