Why Detox?

Our liver and other organs are constantly pushing detox in our body, but with the amplitude of toxins in our lives the detoxification process in our body gets overloaded.

How do I know that I need to detox?

It is important to detox our bodies no matter what health your body is in. Everyone benefits from a yearly or bi-yearly detox due to the environment in which we live. Even the cleanest eating, most conscious consumer is subject to toxins on a daily basis.  Your body may be asking you for a detox if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: 

  • Migraines

  • Irritability 

  • Constipation or other digestive issues 

  • PMS or breast tenderness 

  • Gas/bloating 

  • Insomnia (especially between 1-3 am)

How does the 21 Day Detox work?

The program includes a complete menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) and grocery list. It outlines exactly what and when to eat to support your body through detoxification.

I support all participants through the 21 days with emails, lessons including videos and any other support one might need. The program does involve cooking, but is for any level of experience.
